First time doing snatches since last December – shoulder tear. Long way to go with form/athleticism/strength. Form is my focus since I just haven’t got it. Thanks John for your coaching. Little by little. 40#/5+1
Great class Pete. I was a little too enthusiastic on my 3rd at 70#(cause I wasn’t sure I could do it).. went right up and fell behind me OUCH. 65#/5 with mixed T2B/knees to chest
