Monday 01.07.13

Today we are back on track with our training cycle. We took a little break from the more structured work over the last few weeks to get through the holidays. The next 2 weeks will be focused towards test week, after which we will assess everyones scores, see what worked, and more importantly what didn’t work and move on from there.
