From Humble Beginnings.
This past Thursday was CRAIC’s official 3rd birthday. I actually completely forgot about it until someone asked me over the weekend how long we had been open. I guess it just shows how lost I am in the day to day and don’t even notice the time going by. #everydayisfriday
I never imagined that the gym would become what it has in just three short years. Working out changed my life and I wanted to be able to do the same for others and that’s how it all began.
I sat down over the weekend and reflected on everything I could recall from the day I first drove by the building to this moment right now and I felt an amazing amount of gratitude.
Thank you to every person who has ever walked through our doors and worked out. You have all added to our lives in ways that you may not even realize but without each and every one of you we would not be able to continue doing what we love on a daily basis.
We will continue to deliver results and they will speak for themselves. We have come a long way but we are just getting started.
Support and Challenge, Pain and Pleasure, Victory and Defeat – we experience it all when striving to make anything grow. We accept everything that comes our way without judgement and without being knocked off course.
Our goal is not to win, it’s just to keep playing.
