Today's Workout

A) pullups
RX+INT - weighted 2-3 reps - must hold chin over the top for 2sec
BEG- negatives + curls

B) 5 Rounds not for time:
10 pullups
60 sec hollow hold
50 Double Unders

    Oh. On second visit to the site, I can see a positive message in the text above.  If there’s something you aren’t very good at, take action to improve yourself.  On first read it seemed kind of unsavory though.

    You got your DU’s back Susie!!!! Awesome! Weighted pullups up to 15# 3 reps which is I thinkis 7.5# more than last time. Need to work on those hollow holds!

     Until you mentioned it in the noon class today, I had only thought of it in the positive, get off your butt and to the gym so you don’t suck anymore. I think it is a simple and inspirational mantra, but I am just a simple man.
