sorry Karyn & Sara for not setting up the clock properly F*&%!! Glad we did Helen together. First time doing a benchmark with the pullups, which was huge for me, but boy do I have to work on them….; part 2 : 4+2 w/15#; 5+100m w/ 20#db’s
Run / Thrusters = 4+10+50m (10#)
Row / Wallballs = 3 + 20 + 75m (13#)
Nice to not have to modify anything in this workout!
nice class run/thrusters 6 even, row/wallballs 4 + 6 – - Great work BethMc who did Helen and then also did the Thursday WOD and kicked some butt!!

UM. Just realized that the workout listed here on the site was NOT the workout we did today. The workout we did today was Run / Thrusters and Row / TWENTY wallballs (not 10). Ugh.
