People are always asking about the setting on the side of the rower. This is called the “Damper” setting. This setting determines the amount of air that goes into the flywheel, 1 being a small amount and 10 being a lot. There is also another factor to consider when rowing, this is called the “Drag” factor. Knowing your Drag factor is good, especially when using different rowers.
