Tuesday 01.01.13

2012 has been a great year for CRAIC. The goals that were accomplished by us, our members, and by those who are influenced by us run deep and wide. We are confident that 2013 will be filled with just as much success for us and for those around us. 
While we encourage you all to set goals and get after them constantly throughout the year these few days are always good to look back on the last 12 months and reflect on everything that has happened. Take pride in your accomplishments and use your mistakes to reassess and move forward. Remember that success is journey, not a destination.
We are just 2 years in, and have only just begun ours. No matter what stage in life you are currently at I hope you can say the same.

    Thanks to Nate and Steve B. for working with me. I am pretty sure I screwed up the round count, guys. I am pretty sure we did 9 rounds+17. Glen, thank you for an awesome start to 2013 year with our 9am WOD. GREAT class and great coaching!

    One thing I got out of the ups and downs of challenging myself at Craic and crossfit this past year was to try things that scared me or I said I would never do. In 2012 thanks to Craic Running Club, I ran my first ever 5K race and cut my time by 1 1/2 minutes/mile. And to start the new year of 2013 with the “seize the day” attitude I have started to live thanks to Craic, I jumped into the Atlantic Ocean at noon with my husband and friends. I had more fun and was more exhilarated than I ever expected. THIS will be the tone of 2013 for me. Happy New Year to John, Sara, Glen, Jarrod, Pete, Rita and Dork, Paul T. and Power! Thank you all for your contributions to all of us. And thank you Craic Family!!!
