I’ve seen the above video shared numerous times in the past 2 month’s or so and I just realized that I never posted it here. The message in the video is powerful and its one we try to instill in anyone who will listen. Get out there are do what you want to do!

    I dub thee Ro-Paul

  • Karyn Manning

Much harder than it looked!!!  2:13 –2:41 INT
Ann, you crushed it today! Congrats Lori, on your first RX!!

  • http://www.facebook.com/burrows.jacob Jacob Burrows

Great.  Just great… now I hate my job.

  • K-love

Inspiring video… though I am not sure what I REALLY want to do with my life. Oh well, I hope my childen benefit from it.

2:32/2:52 Rx Tough, tough, tough WOD today. Definitely glad it is over. Good luck to everyone doing it later today :)

  • Shannan

I am glad I leave close by Craic. After today’s WOD at Craic O’Dawn, it was nice to be able to throw up in private. 2:11/2:33 Rx

  • anne d

That was cray cray. 2:16/2:42 something Rx. Signing off to assume fetal position in my office. Thanks for the support Karyn :)

  • Beth Mc

I believe that is the closest I’ve come to losing it…2:42/2:55 RX  great class Jarrod!

  • CraicStina

What was the scaling for this? Rx, INT, BEG Might do it at home.

  • Susie Diesel

     Haha ;)

  • Sara

    haha oh no!

  • Anthony DeMusis

    I want to hug you.

  • Anthony DeMusis

LOL.  I like rowing and burpees.

  • http://www.facebook.com/jay.condrick Jay Condrick

INT was 5 burpees instead of 10 and BEG was thrusters I think…7. Doing anything other than lying down after rowing is hard.

  • Neilsplace2

WOW awesome WOD. Just starting to back into the swing of things. If this didnt kill me I guess I’m back. 1:57/3:00 RX

  • Susie Diesel

    1:44/2:15 Rx
Thanks to Curtz, Wesswomann & Colin for keeping me going on this one. Awesome training partners. So tough…
    Love the Batman Stretch ;)

  • Sheehybr

1:34/2:03 I underestimated this workout. I got sick in the third round and had to pull over on the way home to regain my bearings.

  • Collin O

    1:41/2:36 Rx
This was def the toughest workout I’ve experienced in my short time at Craic….almost lost it in round 4.  Thanks to John, Susie & Jarrod for pushing me through it….good stuff.

  • Pistol Pete

I love Allen watts! I’m not 100% sure what I would do but I do know my life is pretty amazing!

  • Jarrod Davis

All the comments so far are 100% accurate….. I tested this bad boy after the noon class 1:43/2:32.  This was my second workout of the day but it would have sucked either way.

I did however figure out how to row faster calories!!! #comeatmebro #illshareoncethesufferingisover

  • Jarrod Davis

Ive seen this video a dozen times. I ask myself this question every few months. Ive never stayed with or held on to anything I didn’t love: People, jobs, hobbies, etc.  If you’re not committed 100% why the “F” are you committed at all? Its a waste of your time and all parties involved. #bethechange

  • deezworld69

1:29/2:29. Definite suckfest. It was tough to find the best recovery position after each set because anaerobic metabolism was painfully throughout every aspect my body. I wasn’t myself for at least an hour after completion of this beast.

  • deezworld69

     Are you bitching sir?

  • Susie Diesel

Finding your passion and running with it is a great ideal. But whether you find that one great thing or not, be committed – to what ever it is you’re doing, to the people in your life, and to yourself. It’s an incredible feeling to be truly all in.

  • Lori

    2:37/3:03 rx!

    #sufferingneverends #spillthebeans

  • Curtz

Note to self (and others if you’re wise): don’t pull a Donnell/Robert Lee on a day when burpees and rowing are involved.  Last thing I needed today was to be doing extra burpees for being late…and then being subjected to some “first ever”, according to Jarrod, Batman stretch.  Felt like all my underarm hair was being pulled out by the band…sorry for that visual everyone…

Thanks to Suzie and Hurd for the push, had tunnel vision going big time, everything/everyone else was a blur.  Haven’t come that close to meeting Pukie the Clown since….our last burpee/rowing WOD.  Sheehy, was wondering where you went for a few minutes before round 4.  My head was pounding for a while after this one….

    1:36/1:46 Rx

  • http://www.facebook.com/burrows.jacob Jacob Burrows

    Parties?

  • Curtz

Can’t mail in any part of the stroke, rower seems to know if you are and won’t give you that last elusive cal….#areConcepts2sactuallylivingthings?

  • Downey

This almost beat Rita’s WOD on Sunday, almost!
    2:32/2:48 RX

  • DeRoma

1:22/1:56 rx. I dont recommend trying the one-foot strapped, one-foot un-strapped technique – it definitely didnt work.

  • Jarroddavis2

    Yes

    For Real?

  • http://www.facebook.com/glen.schleehauf Glen Schleehauf

    Gross

  • http://www.facebook.com/glen.schleehauf Glen Schleehauf

these are awesome comments everyone…….great descriptions

  • http://www.facebook.com/glen.schleehauf Glen Schleehauf

Commitment is like pregnancy, You either are or you aren’t, there is not in between

  • http://www.facebook.com/glen.schleehauf Glen Schleehauf

there is a big difference between involvement and commitment……..think of a plate of bacon and eggs……….the chicken was involved, the pig was committed

  • http://www.facebook.com/glen.schleehauf Glen Schleehauf

    haha

  • Jim C

Awesome WOD today. We all have that one or two WOD’s that are just right for us and this one was a good one for me. It also helps to have an awesome partner. Thank you to Sara C for keeping me on a good pace. 1:23/1:35 RX.

  • Curtz

That’s a consistent crushing of it, Jim, great work!

  • http://www.facebook.com/jackdaly Jack Daly

    #youreanidiot

  • Lisa d

2:28/2:30/2:38/2:39/2:28, not my best effort, burpees never get easier!

  • Jayme

2:03/2:29 rx, i could not possibly have felt worse during that entire work out

  • http://www.facebook.com/jackdaly Jack Daly

great job Jim!  I think you had me on this one…

  • Nicole B

    2:13/2:42 Rx
I both love and hate this type of WOD.
Felt like I was going to puke and could not feel my legs after the first row. I did not think I was not sure I would finish the burpees. I felt like that for the next four rounds too.

  • Adam

1:49/2:11…. A great kind of pain

  • Jacob Burrows

1:54/2:35 Rx. Didn’t puke. What the hell did I eat all those bananas for?

  • Gienah

I don’t know if ill ever fully recover from this one…. Pain x 5! 2:14/2:44 rx.
