went to a “yeah the kids are back to school” party after the 9am class and think i got 2 people to hurry up and join for January. good thing they did not notice my arms shaking as i was trying to drink my coffee.

Toughest WOD of 2013! 4+1/3+10/3+1 95# and blue band pull-ups. Pacing went out the door after first round. It became a mission of survival!

This WOD was harder than I thought it was going to be.

4+8/4/3+5 Rx…This was a lot harder than expected.
3+6/2+12/2+8 65# kipping. ripped my hands halfway through the second round
Felt like poo poo today with this one, but I got it done! 4+5, 3+12, 3+11.

Did this in a very quiet hotel gym. Felt a little self-conscious about my heavy breathing and involuntary moaning…
