    tough workout today since i was still sore from yesterday. 
    4+3/4/4 35# and ring rows. 
    went to a “yeah the kids are back to school” party after the 9am class and think i got 2 people to hurry up and join for January. good thing they did not notice my arms shaking as i was trying to drink my coffee.
